Call-Back
If you are calling your colleague, friend or any desired person and their phone is busy, don‘t waste your precious time trying to get through. Use "Call-Back" and you will be put through to the subscriber once he or she ends the conversation. This way you will save much precious time and avoid inconveniences. The call-back may be ordered by pressing "5" on the keypad.

- With this service, you’ll be put through to the subscriber once (s)he is free, thus saving you time and effort and allowing you to focus on more important things.
- You’ll no longer have to send text messages asking the subscriber to call back when they finish their conversation.
- Call-back may be ordered at any time.
- There’s no subscription fee.
How much does it cost?
- The price of call-back is 0.3076 Lt (VAT included). The one who orders call-back pays for it.
- The call is charged according to the basic rates of the caller’s payment plan.
- Listening to the announcement is free of charge.
Who can use it?
This service can be used by all BITĖ business and private customers. The service is not available if one of the parties is a LABAS user or a user of other fixed and mobile networks.
How do you start using it?
The call-back network feature is activated automatically for all BITĖ business and private customers. When you call a busy BITĖ subscriber and hear the suggestion to order call-back, simply press "5" on the keypad.
Additional information
Restrictions for the service:
- not available for LABAS users;
- not available for users of other fixed and mobile networks;
- can't be used while roaming;
- won't function when using the call-waiting feature.
